Working within the Product Marketing organization, this person will bring years of experience in exceptional digital and mobile advertising, marketing, and social content that is engaging, innovative and effective. A hands-on leader with passion for entertainment and games who wants to create innovative marketing and advertising that delivers measurable results in business growth and brand equity. Job Requirements• Leadership of marketing creative strategies for the portfolio of Scopely games.• Insure digital advertising is on brand as well as highly effective at driving our KPIs.• Oversight of design and development of world class marketing creative and advertising across social, mobile, TV, and experiential:o Creative and design that spans thought-leadership/brand development and tactical mobile performance advertisingo Brand guideso Digital Rich Mediao Game trailers and App Store videoso TV and offline advertisingo Social and viral content• An appreciation and understanding of the role and opportunities of real time consumer data and A/B testing in a mobile performance strategy. Collaborate with the Marketing and User Acquisition team to review and understand consumer data and KPIs from our performance ad campaigns, and strategize how to adjust our creative to get the best results.• Build a strong internal creative team and culture of excellence and accountability.• Manage external creative agencies and contractors; ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency from our resources.Experience• Deep understanding of mobile and digital advertising and marketing design and creative and best practice with at least 5+ years in the field at an agency or B2C brand marketer.• Strong understanding and experience with native Facebook mobile app and Instagram advertising. Ability to understand how to communicate successfully with limited real estate, on a mobile phone.• Experience working with external partners such as game developers and IP holders. Understand how to work collaboratively with other passionate creative leaders, and drive to a successful execution with all constituents on board.• Experience in Games or Entertainment advertising and creative.• Understanding of how to appeal to diverse consumer groups. From casual games like Wheel of Fortune to core games like The Walking Dead.• Have successfully managed a team of designers and creative, or managed external agencies.• Experience in consumer performance marketing that drives conversion to acquisition or purchase.Beneficios:Catered Lunches Events Medical
